FYL High Performance Training The FYL High Performance Training Program is a rugby specific functional exercise training program, focused on speed, strength, power and agility.

The Program includes :

  1. Functional Movement Screening/ Musculoskeletal Assessment
    Must be completed prior to Jan 20th, 2016 at FabYourLife Health & Wellness in Markham.

  2. Fitness Testing Wednesday Wednesday January 20, 2016 (Baseline Measurements_
    Bench Press, Squats, Power Cleans*, Pull Ups, Broad Jumps, Vertical Jump, Core Endurance, 40m sprint, body composition, endurance test* (*Rugby Canada Guidelines)
  3. 12 week Strength & Conditioning Program
    Every Wednesday (excluding March Break & Reading Week)
  4. Fitness Re-testing Wednesday (April 27th)
  5. Sports nutritional package
  6. FYL off-season training program

Wednesday Evenings 7:30 - 9:15 pm York University Track Center $400.00 + HST = $452.00
To be paid in full prior to commencement.
