Bench Press, Squats, Power Cleans*, Pull Ups, Broad Jumps, Vertical Jump, Core Endurance, 40m sprint, body composition, endurance test* (*Rugby Canada Guidelines)
- 12 week Strength & Conditioning Program
Every Wednesday (excluding March Break & Reading Week)
- Fitness Re-testing Wednesday (April 27th)
- Sports nutritional package
- FYL off-season training program
